How long does it take to make a bag?
Each Ève bag is handmade with great care and attention to detail. The production time varies by model, as we take the time needed to bring each piece to life and ensure its quality.
Are your collections limited editions?
Yes. Our collections are designed seasonally and produced in small quantities. Each bag is designed to be a one-of-a-kind piece, created with intention and without mass production.
Can I request a custom design?
We’d be happy to If you have an idea, a specific color, or a particular request, feel free to message us privately or via email. We’d love to discuss your vision with you and see what we can create together.
How should I care for my bag?
Most of our bags can be gently hand-washed with lukewarm water and mild soap. Whenever possible, we recommend simply wiping them down with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing and prolonged exposure to moisture. For models with wooden handles, be sure not to submerge the wooden parts in water.
Can the bag hold heavy items?
Our bags are designed to accompany you in your daily life and carry your essentials with elegance. To preserve their shape and beauty over time, we recommend avoiding excessively heavy loads.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship in Switzerland. We hope to expand our destinations in the future, as Ève grows.
Can I return my purchase?
Of course. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been damaged, worn, or used and is returned in its original condition. Please feel free to contact us before making any returns; together, we’ll find the best solution.
